Our StoryMeet Chef John Kresl and his wife, Stephanie. We started at the Winter Garden Farmer's Market 8 years ago in August 2012. We call it our second family, we love being there and have met so many friends there too! Our company, The Take Home Chef, offers catering services by Chef John and we started the market as a way for our family to work together and share some of the food we love with everyone. Now along with our catering services, Tres Amigos Salsa has grown to a full-time business as well. We are at the Winter Garden Farmer's Market every Saturday, the Orlando Farmer's Market every Sunday, Apopka Farmers Market on Thursday night and you can pick it anytime at The Fresh Market stores throughout Central Florida as well as The Farmacy's curbside pickup.
We hear lots of comments about the "Go Make Some Friends" line on the label, but that is really our daily mantra and the most gratifying part of this business. We love to share our passion for making great salsa and it is truly an honor to have made so many new friends as a result! One thing that makes us so happy and thankful to do this is when we hear feedback from our customers. Everything from how their family just loves it, how it only lasted one day or the recipes they use it in, to how their guests just couldn't get enough of it! The stories and love we feel from them make all the hard work melt away. |
